hi ann, i really appreciate your attention to human bodily functions. i feel like it's something oddly policed by social norms and seldom normalized, especially when it comes to woman-identifying bodies in society. using bodily functions as a vehicle to explore larger ideas (consumption of toilet paper, waste, etc.) is a really cool idea especially because of the neat juxtaposition in the individual body and its functions vs. a socially applicable theme. i liked the sequences in this video of the big lumps of paper dripping into the toilet; it created a really good visual and made me think, "does anyone really need that much? it's all just dripping!" which i think might lend itself to your potential intent. im really looking forward to seeing all the things you create in this class!
